Le Conseil communal avait fait appel \u00e0 nous pour communiquer plus largement et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, qui souhaitait que la commune informe plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ses citoyens sur ses travaux. La population bagnarde, en acceptant le R\u00e8glement communal d\u2019organisation du 17 juin 2007, avait \u00e9galement manifest\u00e9 cette volont\u00e9 : \u00ab Le Conseil municipal informe r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les citoyens et habitants sur les affaires importantes de la commune.
