The APCAV is pleased to invite you, in collaboration with Air-Glaciers, to a discovery morning at Croix-de-Cœur on Saturday, 18 July.
This event will provide an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the many missions carried out by Air-Glaciers in our region: mountain rescue operations, transport of materials, technical interventions, as well as high-altitude flights that are an integral part of alpine life in Valais.
Participants will have the opportunity to visit the helicopter, meet the teams on site and discover behind the scenes of a world that is both demanding and fascinating — an experience enjoyed by children and adults alike.
Following the presentation, those who wish will also have the opportunity to take a 15-minute panoramic flight over the mountains and villages of the region, at the preferential APCAV member rate of CHF 180 per person (groups of 5 people).
A flight for five people will be offered by the APCAV as part of a prize draw held during the event.
