The Annual General Meeting of APCAV was held on 29 December 2025 at the Cinema in Verbier, in the presence of numerous members as well as representatives of the Municipality of Val de Bagnes and key stakeholders from the resort’s tourism and economic sectors.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the key highlights of the 2024/25 financial year, which was marked by the committee’s strong commitment to defending the interests of property owners, keeping members informed, and strengthening the association’s community life. Discussions focused in particular on strategic issues for the future of Verbier, including the abolition of the imputed rental value, challenges related to medical services, tourist taxes, as well as mobility and infrastructure projects within the resort.
The accounts for the past financial year, the 2025/26 budget, the renewal of the auditing body and the statutory elections were all approved unanimously. The outlook for the coming year was also presented, with several projects and events aimed at strengthening ties between members and further reinforcing APCAV’s active role within the local ecosystem.
