A decision by a Valais court blocks all new construction on a part of Verbier. This affects construction of main residences in areas intended, according to the communal regulations, for individual or group holiday residences. This situation could continue for several years until the commune regulations are modified to allow the construction of main residences. APCAV has invited Eloi Rossier, President of the Commune of Bagnes, to provide clarification on this subject at our upcoming general assembly, which will take place on July 30 at the Salle des Combins.
